1. No Return / Exchange for Certain Cases
Kindly note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- If you simply dislike the product after purchase.
- If there are minor flaws that do not affect product usage.
- Issues related to packaging.
- Slight colour differences due to lighting or screen resolution.
- Minor size variations within standard tolerance.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully check pictures, descriptions, benefits, ingredients, and the size chart before placing an order.
2. Refund Eligibility
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product/exchange/return/replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures/videos as proof.
- Any request beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
- Once We received your request for damaged, defective, or wrong product/exchange/return/replacement, we will deliver the new order in 7 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.
- In case of approved refunds, only the product value (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval by our team.
- Refunds (if approved) will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
5. Important Notes
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may be refunded via store credit or bank transfer only.
- Products purchased during Sale / Offer / Clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Kaya International reserves the right to decline any return/refund request if it does not meet the above conditions.
