By placing an order with Kaya International, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Shipping & Delivery Policy.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Sundays & public holidays are not considered business days
  • In case of stock or operational delays, you will be notified via SMS/WhatsApp/email

Order processing begins only after successful payment (for prepaid orders).


2. Delivery Timelines (Within India)

  • Metro Cities: 3–4 business days
  • Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote / Difficult-access areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates; actual delivery may vary due to courier network capacity, weather, strikes, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment
  • Free Shipping may be offered during promotional periods or above minimum order value
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be sent to you via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
  • You can track orders using the provided tracking link

5. Cash-on-Delivery (COD)

  • COD available for select pin codes only
  • Additional COD handling fee may apply
  • In case of repeated COD refusal, COD facility may be disabled for future orders

6. Non-Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

A shipment may be returned if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable at delivery attempts
  • Phone not reachable
  • Refusal to accept parcel

If shipment returns due to above reasons:

  • Forward shipping is non-refundable
  • Customer must pay re-shipping fee for re-delivery

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India
  • International delivery may be enabled in future

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a damaged / tampered package, kindly refuse delivery & notify us within 24 hours
  • After courier mark-out, no damage claim can be accepted without unboxing proof

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond control including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes / lockdowns
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Courier network issues
